CPS agree caution - client already charged at Court 2021

Our client was charged with possession of cocaine class A and he appeared at Thames Magistrates court as the police did not offer him a caution or consider this. We made strong written representations on his behalf to the CPS persuading them to agree to caution our client rather than to continue with the criminal Proceedings. A conviction rather than a caution would have had serious implications for our client's future and employment. We have substantial experience of making compelling arguments not to proceed with court proceedings.
