Kirit qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and has more than 25 years experience for acting for those injured through medical negligence or personal injury accidents. He has extensive experience in dealing with victims who have suffered the most severe life changing injury such as brain injury, amputation and spinal injury.

Kirit is also the Head of Compliance for all five offices throughout the country and he is also the firm’s Compliance Officer for legal practice and Money Laundering Office. He is also the Quality Representative with all matters concerning the Legal Aid Agency and oversees all matters concerning the Firm’s Lexcel Accreditation and Solicitors Regulatory Authority.
Kirit is a member of the Association of Personal Injuries Lawyer’s and Society of Asian Lawyer’s.
Kirit is also a qualified duty solicitor and regularly attends the police station and Magistrates’ Court.
Kirit speaks fluent Gujarati.
In his spare time, Kirit plays golf, spends time with his family, raises money for various charities such as Great Ormond Street Hospital, British Heart Foundation and is an active member of the Lions Club.
