Not Guilty Attempted Murder shooting - Old Bailey 2023
Following a 3 week trial at the Old Bailey our client was acquitted by the jury of attempted murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
The Prosecution alleged that our client joined his Co-Defendant, a well-known London Rapper, in a revenge attack following the robbery of a chain at a nightclub in Edmonton.
The duo were said to have stolen a vehicle following the robbery and carried out a shooting in NW London, a revenge attack with the intent to kill. The case rested heavily on cell site evidence, which place both Defendants together when the vehicle was stolen, minutes before the shooting took place.
Through use of our own defence cell site expert, we were able to demonstrate weaknesses in the Crown’s case. The case was prepared meticulously by us leaving no stone unturned leading to not-guilty verdicts at the Old Bailey.
