NFA Historic Sexual Offences Perry Barr Police Station 2024

Our client was invited to attend a voluntary police station interview at Perry Barr Police Station about Historical sexual allegations. Our representative obtained disclosure from the officer at Perry Bar Police Station and made sure all avenues of the disclosure provided were disclosed adequately. Disclosure was provided to our client in consultation and our client strenuously denied the allegations against him. Our representative advised the client about the course of action to take in the interview after listening carefully to our client's instructions. Our representative advised the client accordingly and confirmed he understood the advice and agreed to follow the advice. Following the police station interview and post-interview investigation, our client was no further actioned.
