Acquittal in largest ever pharmaceutical fraud. Philip Spicer and team together with Charles Bott QC of and Peter Clark of Carmelite Chambers acted in Multi Million Pharmaceutical Cartel fraud, the largest SFO prosecution to-date.
This case involved 5 pharmaceutical companies and 9 human defendants. The indictment was eventually stayed following an appeal to the House of Lords before the trial which was fixed for 9 months commenced.
