No Further Action Breach Of Non Molestation Order Islington Police Station 2024

We represented a client at Islington Police Station who was to be interviewed for Breaching his Non-Molestation Order. The conditions put in place by the court were very robust and onerous to prevent further incidents between the parties and to prevent offending.

If you are convicted of Breaching a Non-Molestation Order, the Court will follow the Sentencing Guidelines to determine your sentence. The maximum sentence is five years imprisonment.

To avoid our client being charged for this offence, we requested that the police review the case after our representations. With effective and professional representation, we achieved a No Further Action outcome.

Our legal representative believed it necessary to make Representations at the Police Station. We will always aim to persuade the police to review cases with no realistic prospect of a conviction or it is not in the public interest to prosecute you.

Because the Legal Representative made Representations, the police took No Further Action, and our client was released immediately from custody.
