Racial Aggravated Assault (road rage) - dropped at police station 2021

We represented a client at the police station accused of racially aggravated road rage incident. A senior team member was able to have an advance conference with our client giving detailed advice. Following our advice our client showed genuine remorse in the police station interview thus leading to an out of court settlement known as a community resolution.
