Not Guilty Willesden & Brent Court - Bladed article knife - 2021

We acted  at Willesden and Brent Court for a client charged with possession of a knife during an incident where it was alleged he brandished this knife towards the other party. Our client was forwarding the defence of self defence. Our experienced advocate was able to discredit the witness account and the case was dismissed on a submission of no case to answer on the close of the CPS case. The case was excellently prepared by our team. Our client was a family man of good standing in the community.
