Holborn Police Station Assault By Beating- No Further Action 2024

We successfully represented our client in custody, accused of common assault by beating. The complaint alleged that during a confrontation at a hotel, our client assaulted her, causing a cut to her head. During the consultation, it was clear that our client denied the offence and had a credible account. She was advised to provide a complete account in an interview to deny the offence at the outset on record. We made verbal representations to the police, which resulted in the officer taking no further action immediately. Our client was released from custody within 1 hour of our arrival.
